At Riley, we are currently searching for skilled Support Analysts (1x After Hours, 1x Business Hours) to join our Sydney based team!

The Role

As a Support Analyst at Riley, you are a vital part of our Managed Services team! In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical solutions to our existing and expanding client base using your excellent customer engagement and communication skills.

To succeed in this role and within the company, you will be eager to learn, self-motivated and respond with a sense of urgency to incidents and operations. 


1x Support Analyst - Business Hours: 8 hours worked between 6am and 6pm.

1x Support Analyst - After Hours role: 8 hours worked between 6pm and 6am.


  • Customer service and IT technical support experience 
  • Exposure to; AWS, Citrix, Office365, Managed Services environments
  • Ability to prioritise, manage, coordinate and solve support requests
  • You are self-motivated and eager to learn new skills and technologies
  • A positive personality with a fantastic attitude towards customer experience 
  • Outstanding communication skills 
  • Flexible with working shifts and on-call


  • Cloud technology exposure
  • ITIL experience and/or certification 
  • Industry certifications (AWS, Microsoft, Linux, etc)
